Professional registration demonstrates your commitment to professionalism and recognises your skills and experience. There
are three types of registration: Chartered Engineer (CEng), Incorporated Engineer (IEng) and Engineering Technician (EngTech).

Fellowship
Apply for fellowship of the Institution, the most senior category of membership. Fellowship is awarded to members who have
demonstrated significant individual responsibility, sustained achievement and exceptional professionalism during their careers.
International Registration
Register as an International Professional Engineer (IntPE) or with the Fédération Européene d'Associations Nationales d'Ingénieurs
(FEANI) as a European Engineer (Eur Ing).
Accreditation
Obtain accreditation for programmes in Universities, Colleges or for professional development schemes in industry.
Locate current Institution of Engineering and Technology accredited academic or company programmes.
Professional Development
Support professional competence for individual employers.
Obtain endorsement services for training providers.
IT Professional
Gain access to the training and professional development you need to develop your career and deliver world-class results.
