| All IEE journals are now published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology, a new institution formed by the joining together of the IEE (Institution of Electrical Engineers) and the IIE (The Institution of Incorporated Engineers). The new institution is the inheritor of the IEE brand, products and services. The Institution of Engineering and Technology publishes a range of journals and magazines Journals - Electronics Letters, Micro & Nano Letters and the IET Research Journals, a suite of 20 separate titles (formerly IEE Proceedings) Journal name change for IEE Proceedings titles for 2007 - following the merger to form the Institution of Engineering and Technology, with effect from 2007, the IEE Proceedings suite of journals have changed name to reflect the fact that they are now published by the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
