Action Plan

As this movement in the Muslim community continues to gain in recognition and acceptance we would like to share some of our goals for the future. First and foremost is collaboration, there are many programs out there that many of us don't know about or programs that need to be highlighted as models for the development of effective domestic violence programs. InshAllah the website will provide opportunities for activists, researchers and concerned individuals the means to keep informed of one another's activities.

What we would like to see:

• National protocols established via collaborative efforts of activists, clinicians, para-professionals to further guide the efforts to eliminate domestic violence.
• Promoting and/or developing literature addressing domestic violence in Muslim communities.
