[photo] Bombardier selected for major German train contract
German railway operator Deutsche Bahn has selected Bombardier Transportation as the preferred supplier for an Electric Multiple Unit Platform framework agreement. The planned agreement is based on 321 trains at an estimated total of 1.2bn euros (£790m), making this one of the largest framework agreements in DB's history.
