Geri Wang is senior vice president of Primetime Sales for the ABC Television Network. She was previously vice president, Primetime Sales for ABC.
Ms. Wang joined ABC in 1990 as an associate director of Daytime Sales Proposals. In 1991 she was promoted to associate director of Primetime Proposals, and in 1992 was promoted to account executive in Daytime Sales. In 1994 she became an account executive in Early Morning and Late Night Sales, and in 1996 she was promoted to senior account executive in Primetime Sales. Ms. Wang was named vice president of Primetime Sales in 1999.
She began her career as a media research analyst at Grey Advertising in New York, holding several positions there, including group head, National Broadcast Group.
Ms. Wang graduated from Ithaca College in 1982.
