Why aren't all newsletters available in HTML?
We are transitioning from our old method for sending newsletters to a new system that uses Microsoft Passport Network in order to provide HTML newsletters. Not all of our newsletters are on Microsoft Passport Network yet. Those newsletters are in text format. You can sign up for any newsletter from its specific page. To access a newsletter page, select one of the links from the boxes to the right.
How can I tell if a newsletter is a HTML or text newsletter?
HTML newsletter sign-up boxes will contain the text "requires .NET Passport."
What is Microsoft Passport Network and what can I do with it?
Microsoft Passport Network is an online service that makes it possible for you to use your e-mail address and a single password to sign in to any Microsoft Passport Network-participating Web site or service.
Subscribing with Microsoft Passport Network also provides security against someone subscribing you to a MSNBC.com newsletter without your permission.
Where can I find a complete list of available newsletters?
All available newsletters are listed on this page in the boxes to the right.
How can I sign-up for more than one newsletter at a time?
The newsletter redesign no longer allows multiple subscriptions. Each newsletter requires a user to sign up from a newsletter specific sign-up box or the newsletter's topic page.
How do I unsubscribe from a newsletter?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the delivered newsletter.
Who do I contact if I have difficulty subscribing or unsubscribing from a newsletter?
MSNBC Text Newsletters: For instructions on how to respond to Text Only newsletter confirmation e-mail, please click here. If you still have a problem with your Text Only subscription, contact us via our Technical Support report page. Tell us the e-mail address you would like the newsletters(s) sent to and the name(s) of the newsletter(s) you would like to receive. For unsubscribing problems, please send the name(s) or the newsletter(s) that you no longer wish to receive and the email address used for the subscription(s).
MSNBC HTML Newsletters: You may unsubscribe from any MSNBC HTML newsletter by clicking on the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of all MSNBC HTML newsletters. If you subscribed to an MSNBC HTML newsletter using your .Net Passport account, please go to http://newsletters.msn.com/signin.asp to make changes to your MSNBC HTML newsletter subscriptions. For technical support issues, please submit a technical support request with MSN Newsletter Technical Support.
Why aren't I receiving my newsletter?
Please check your junk-mail inbox settings to see that your newsletters are not being flagged and auto-deleted as junk mail because they are bulk mailed. Many mail programs, such as Hotmail, have a junk mail folder that you should also check.
