In April 2000, the RFA technical operations division created the Broadcast Open Development Exchange Initiative on its Web site, www.techweb.rfa.org.
The site was launched to serve as an open platform to freely exchange information and technical development for the professional broadcast community.
We would like you to contribute to our ongoing initiative, one that is dedicated to the use of technology for free expression for all communities.
