These guys (and this film) are an inspiration to me. This film is example of just how good machinima can be. A phenomenal film, an instant classic, and 100% deserving of its acclaim and awards. Thanks for featuring it. |

Yeah, I absolutely loved it. The detail is pretty phenomenal. I moved it to my external hard drive and plugged that via USB into my Xbox 360 and watched it on a big screen and I couldn't believe how good it was. I speak just a smidge of French so I got a kick out of it every time I understand part of it without reading the subtitles. I liked all of the little references in it to, like the opening song from The Shining playing while the general drove to his desolate little farm house. One of the funniest parts was when he spilled the beer in the plane after the credits began to roll. That just goes to show how good the writing was that by that point you didn't need visuals to get the point across. |
