Communications Financial Manager
Reporting directly to the deputy director, communications, with matrix reporting to the chief financial officer and treasurer, the communications financial manager will support the vice president of Communications and deputy director in all aspects of financial and business management. Salary commensurate with experience.

Information Technology

UNIX/Linux Systems Engineer
Reporting directly to the network manager, the UNIX/Linux systems engineer will work in conjunction with the UNIX systems administrator on the shared responsibilities of installation, configuration, and maintenance of our UNIX and Linux server infrastructure, including Web servers, middleware, and database application software. Salary commensurate with experience.

Investment Unit

Investment Analyst
Reporting directly to the director of public market managers, the investment analyst will work within a group of two to three professionals in the Public and Hedge Funds Investment Group. Salary commensurate with experience.

Investment Officer
Reporting directly to the director of public market managers, the investment officer will support the management of the Foundation's traditional long only equity and fixed income portfolio that includes manager selection, monitoring, performance evaluation and portfolio positioning. Salary commensurate with experience.

Program Groups

Program Officer, Human Capital Team
Reporting directly to the senior vice president for health care, the program officer will have a focus in the area of nursing and will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation's initiatives to improve the health of all Americans. Primary responsibilities include working with team members to design and implement new initiatives, evaluate proposals, and monitor programs and grants. Salary commensurate with experience.

Program Service Center

Program Administrative Assistant
Reporting directly to the program service center manager, the program administrative assistant will provide administrative support for program staff, maintain a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the designated program staff and work cooperatively with other support staff to provide appropriate support as needed. Salary commensurate with experience.

Grants Administrator
Reporting directly to the program financial manager, the grants administrator will work collaboratively with team leaders to support all financially related aspects of program development, program management and team operations. Salary commensurate with experience.

Research and Evaluation

Deputy Director
Reporting directly to the vice president of Research and Evaluation (R&E;), the deputy director will oversee a smoothly-functioning R&E; department of about 20 staff, and be responsible for assisting in the effective and efficient management and functioning of that unit and its initiatives. Salary commensurate with experience.

R&E; Officer, Public Health Team
Reporting directly to the vice president, Research and Evaluation (R&E;) with a matrix reporting relationship to their team leader(s) and the deputy director, Research and Evaluation, the officer will create, develop, implement and manage the research and evaluation aspects of the Foundation's initiatives to improve health and health care. Salary commensurate with experience.
