Submission Guidelines for Pioneer
The Pioneer portfolio employs a different proposal process, which prospective applicants must follow, instead of the instructions outlined above, if they are applying for a grant from Pioneer. The Pioneer portfolio seeks innovative projects that can lead to fundamental breakthroughs in health and health care. Similar to research and development investments in the for-profit sector, the projects in the Pioneer portfolio are future-oriented and often look to nontraditional sources and fields to make significant improvements in health.
As you prepare your brief proposal, please review Pioneer's overview. If your project fits RWJF's Pioneer strategy, please follow the submission guidelines for Pioneer.
