Zak Kadison joins Fox Atomic

Zak Kadison has joined Fox Atomic as vp production, where he will continue building relationships with filmmakers and scouting remake opportunities. Kadison had been vp production at Gold Circle Films.

Adam Gaynor has been appointed executive vp digital media and interactive sales at GSN, where he will focus on developing revenue-generating advertising opportunities for the network's interactive properties. Gaynor most recently was director of advertising sales and G4 brand specialist at Comcast Networks in New York.

Marc Grossman has joined Taffy Entertainment as director of public relations. Grossman will oversee worldwide publicity, advertising and special events for the company. He had been an independent consultant in the television industry.

Judith Orlowski has been named vp development and acquisitions and Daniella Cracknell has been named director of public relations at Fine Living TV. Orlowski is responsible for redirecting programming initiatives to reflect the network's new dedication toward helping viewers do more with their time and money. She most recently was vp program scheduling and acquisitions at HGTV. Cracknell will develop and manage public relations initiatives for the network. She has helped launch and spearhead PR campaigns for daytime talk shows, TV newsmagazines and reality series.

Alexander Kim has been appointed general counsel and Sung Lee has been appointed vp business development at ImaginAsian Entertainment. Kim will oversee the company's legal affairs, and Lee will be responsible for the development of new business as well as affiliate sales. Kim most recently was global logistic manager and corporate counsel at Bloomberg Lp. Lee was vp corporate planning at RK Media Group.

Damla Dogan has been named vp original programming and series development at E! Entertainment Television, where she will oversee the development of programs, collaborate with the outside creative community and forge key relationships within the entertainment industry on behalf of network. Dogan was director of series development and original programming at VH1.

Bob McPhee has been appointed executive vp advertising sales at Kabillion, where he will spearhead the company's national advertising efforts. He joins Kabillion from Tribune Entertainment, where he was director of advertising sales.

Steve Pitts has been named vp services at MESoft Inc., where he will be responsible for the company's service offerings, deployments and support at the enterprise, studio and production company level. He was vp studio and feature production IT at 20th Century Fox.

Kristin Borella has returned to MGM as vp national publicity. Borella will oversee national and field publicity activities in conjunction with the MGM marketing department's efforts on various theatrical film campaigns for MGM and United Artists. Borella most recently was vp at Bumble Ward & Associates.
