How do you obtain extra functionalities from Free Software Magazine's web site?
We have recently implemented a number of extra features.
Features that are instantly accessible by just logging in:
- Access to a printer friendly version of each article and blog entry.
- Access to an automatically generated PDF version of each article and of each issue. Please note that these are not the same high-quality PDFs we used to have before we stopped creating PDFs. See an example article and an example issue
Features accessible by gaining (a bit of) good karma:
- Ads-free web site. That's right: no ads at all!
- Ability to by pass the comment moderation system.
- Ability to have clickable links in comments (you will have access to an extra filter)
Gaining good karma
Our site now allows people to give karma to other users based on their comments. This means that each comment can be rated - your rating will influence the commenting user's karma.
