General Terms of Participation

• Language Studio will confirm your booking in writing by email or fax and forward the invoice for the total costs to you, on receipt of your completed enrollment form.
• The booking becomes valid only after a non-refundable deposit of € 100 has been received by Language Studio.
• Payment of the total fee without deductions must be submitted not later than 15 days prior to the start of the course.
• The booking deadline for all courses is 15 days prior to arrival.
• One lesson lasts 45 minutes.
• Interruption/discontinuance must be communicated in written form at least seven days in advance. Under no circumstance has the participant the right to reclaim the total fee. A partial reimbursement is at the discretion of the school.
• Late arrival or absence during the course for which the school cannot be held responsible, will not be reimbursed. Absences cannot be compensated by additional lessons.
• Participants are asked to check their personal insurance protection as they are not automatically insured by Language Studio against illness, accident, theft, personal liability etc. If your booking agent cannot provide you with adequate insurance cover, we can provide you the services of an international insurer.
• Language Studio confirms home stay accommodation ten days prior to the course start date. We do all we can to ensure that students' requirements (such as vegetarian meals) are met.
• Language Studio reserves the right to change the programme in the appropriate way in case of riots, strikes, war or other events of force majeure. Language Studio cannot be held responsible for changes occurring as a result of these events.
