Welcome to Berlin/Brandenburg, GermanyYou've just entered the pages of the young stamp collectors of the german Lands of Brandenburg und Berlin. Our LandsBrandenburg is a Land of the Federal Republic of Germany, surrounding the german capital Berlin. Brandenburgs diameter is nearly 400km, its 3,500,000 inhabitants are concentrated to a 50km-circle surrounding Berlin and several medium sized cities such as Brandenburg/Havel, Frankfurt/Oder or Cottbus. Brandenburg was refounded in 1990. Its capital is the famous prussian City Potsdam. The german Capital Berlin counts 2,500,000 inhabitants and is the biggest german city. The Land of Berlin was founded after foundation of both german states in 1949 in the western part of the city. The City was reunited with the eastern part in 1990. The governments of both lands want to unite their Lands. A first attempt to do so failed in 1996. Our WebsiteOur Website ist dedicated to young stamp collectors in our Lands. We want to inform them about our offers and about philately. Translating websites takes a long time and it is difficult to keep them up to date.
