With Jushin Thunder Liger & Koji Kanemoto completely dominating the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Tag Team Title throughout 2003, a four team tournament was determined in late October and early November, to determine new challengers. In the end, two wonder kids shocked the world by winning the tournament against all odds.
