Welcome to the New York State Thruway Authority's Website for the Thruway Reconstruction Project between Interchanges 23 and 24.

The New York State Thruway Authority has completed a study of the Albany Corridor, between Interchanges 21A (Berkshire Connector) and 25A (Schenectady, I-88) in Albany and Schenectady Counties. The proposed Thruway Reconstruction and Mobility Improvement Project between Interchanges 23 and 24 is the first project to stem from the Albany Corridor Study.
