Individuals listed here, contribute to various Free and Open Source projects and could be programmers, artists, translators, FOSS advocates, maintainers, packagers and many more directly or indirectly involved in it. FreeIndian is based on a loosely on the format of BehindKDE that features KDE developers across the world.
Our current interview features a Chennai-ite, works mostly on translation for projects such as KDE-Tamil, Ubuntu-Tamil. He's famously known by his IRC nick amachu and if there's something in Tamizh (as actually pronounced in Tamil), amachu is likely associated with it.
