Pic's cast members Sarah Jessica Parker, Ellen Page, Dennis Quaid and Thomas Haden Church were joined by guests Jane Fonda, James Lipton, Parker Posey, Rachel Dratch and Donna Karan.
During the Bowery Hotel after-party, pic's helmer Noam Murro said besides the Mark Jude Poirier script, the casting was the result of "a lot of begging and a lot of luck."
