I hope my comment isn't consdired to be one of the "nauseatingly idiotic" ones, as I put some thought into it before posting it. I could get into the finer points (the psychology, the social issues) but A) I'd be repeating some stuff, and B) I'd be ranting unnecessarily. IT'S A LIST. Of game characters. I, personally, only brought up the breast thing because many of the featured characters have an unnaturally large bust. It's not necessarily a bad thing, but it's overkill. I think the list isn't as well rounded as it could be, that's all. I mentioned my gender, and that I'm perfectly happy with my appearance because I was hoping to nip any "ur just mad cuz u gots no boobs!!!!" comments in the bud. I certainly know better than to think sexism begins or ends with pictures like this--lists like this. I work in a video game store and while it doesn't happen often, I've been on the receiving end of sexism. I've picked up the phone to have male customers ask to speak to a guy, rather than ask me whatever they need to ask. I've had male customers in the store ignore me, sure that I don't know anything about games, or at least not the kind they play. I probably just play DDR and Karaoke Revolution. I know this kind of discrimination is minor, compared to what many others have dealt with yes, but hey, it relates to the topic at hand, and in a less intimidating, stand-off-ish manner than the somewhat venomous post below. But guess what? I go about my business like it's not a problem, because it's NOT A PROBLEM unless I let it be one. Why is it things like this bring out the worst in all of us? I too, think it's idiotic that the word **** was, is, and, in this post, too, will be censored.
