PHOTO CREDIT
Tourism Victoria requires borrowers to provide photo credits each time an image is used. Photo credits are to Deddeda Stemler/Tourism Victoria. Failure to include the proper credit or improper use of the photo(s), as specified in this agreement, will result in the user being liable to pay the photographer, the market rate per photograph, per photo application.

COMMERCIAL USE
Images may not be used for direct commercial advertising use (e.g. stamp, real estate book, and guidebooks), or for paid advertising. Images may not be used in any commercially funded publication and/or promotional material, including the Internet. Images may not be used for any merchandising or retailing purpose.

USE
Images are for editorial purposes and must be used to promote Victoria as a tourist destination.  Images cannot be altered or computer enhanced. Images also may not be duplicated or reproduced.

ACCEPTANCE
I have read Tourism Victoria's Terms and Guidelines for use of the images contained on this Website.
