Jessica Simpson is a country music outsider, but her debut country single is turning some heads. "Come on Over" was the top new entry this week at No. 41 on Billboard's Hot Country Songs chart. "I feel like a brand-new artist," Simpson tells Billboard. "It's a great feeling."

Last.fm Loses Warner Music Group
Warner Music Group has pulled its music from Last.fm’s free on-demand music streaming service in an apparent dispute over compensation rates. Since joining Last.fm, Warner had grown increasingly disenchanted with the service’s compensation rates, a source familiar with the situation tells Billboard.biz.
