Image:Kyle_Hogg.JPG '''Kyle William Hogg''' (born July_2, 1983) is an English Cricketer. He is a left-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler who has played for Lancashire since 2001. Hogg's relatives include grandfather Sonny_Ramadhin and father Willie_Hogg. He made a promising start to his career in 2001, at which time there were calls for him to be selected for the full England squad. By season 2002/03, when James_Anderson was selected in his place, it was joked that the England selectors had picked the wrong player to represent the country. Despite achieving an academy place in the winter of 2002, he has slipped off the England radar, having picked up a number of injuries in the last three seasons. A nippy, though not a quick, seamer, his batting shows huge promise and his form in calendar year 2006 suggests that he may be about to make the most of his talent. Hogg's best bowling figures are 5/48 and his top score is a commendable 70. ==External Links== * Kyle Hogg at Cricket Archive Hogg, Kyle Hogg, Kyle Hogg, Kyle Hogg, Kyle
