  CHAPTER 1: ORGANSATION

12.1 The CAVB Secretariat communicates the list of African Championships to all countries in order to know about their organizing at least two years before the beginning of the championships.
12.2 The candidacies of National Federation for the organization of different championships must be forwarded to the CAVB Secretariat, eighteen months before the beginning of the championship.
12.3 The CAVB President entrust a delegate with the permission to pay a visit to the country or countries standing for the organization at least one year before the beginning of the championship in order to inspect the facilities devoted for the organization.
