He didn't become president of Zimbabwe by lawful means so why do BBC journalist refer to Robert Mugabe as "President" Mugabe? Jon Williams, the BBC's World News editor responds.

Listen Again is no more, from now on if you want to access BBC Radio online you must do so via the iPlayer. But have the glitches been properly sorted out? Mark Friend, the BBC's controller of interactive and multiplatform fields your calls.
