Oct. 3 - Both White House hopefuls are now gearing up for the final month of campaigning-- with Barack Obama riding a wave of momentum.
The faltering U.S. economy is likely to remain the number one issue for voters and for both candidates. That could benefit Obama -- who has seen his poll numbers edge higher-- since the crisis on Wall Street became a priority for lawmakers in Washington.
