CTV Community Television Sydney

Community Television Sydney (CTS) gained the licence to broadcast community telelvision to Sydney.
It began permanent transmissions in April 1994, and increased transmission power to cover a large area of the city in August 1994.
Like other community TV stations, CTS mostly relies on member groups to produce programmes. This along with various international broadcasts makes up the bulk of CTV31 programming.
