SourceLabs support engineers undertake a daily triage process to proactively address issues that might affect customer systems. The triage process uses the information contained in these information feeds to assess software issues, including potential security threats, and determines an appropriate course of action for all issues discovered. The resulting triage report is provided each day to SourceLabs customers.

SourceLabs Continuous Support technology includes adaptive diagnostic monitoring probes and automated issue acquisition tools that continuously extract information from Open Source information sources such as mailing lists, bug databases and user forums.
