The U.S. Supreme Court has decided not to weigh in on the custody battle over accused killer Jason Pleau.Governor Chafee had asked the high court to overturn an appeals court ruling that Chafee must surrender Pleau to face prosecution and possibly the death penalty in federal court for his alleged crimes.
