    WOMEN'S BASKETBALL: Island-bound Aztecs

Approximately 10,214 miles. That’s 53,929,920 feet or almost 24 hours worth of traveling by plane.

    Football '08 Report Card

How can you not fail a coaching staff that was fired for being so poor? Head coach Chuck Long and his assistants failed to get the job done for the third consecutive season and guided the 2008 San Diego State football team to its first ever double-digit loss season. The team ranked 100th or worse in the nation in nine statistical categories and Long – and most likely his assistants, too — depart SDSU with a three-year record of 9-27. In Long’s tenure, the team never finished higher than sixth place in the final Mountain West Conference standings.
