Economy not hurting Green Country development

Despite an economic crunch nationwide, development across Green Country is on track.

At Tulsa Hills near 71st and Highway 75, developers say phase 3 is underway and on schedule.
Michaels and Dress Barn should open in March.
Other retail and restaurant under construction include, Dollar Tree, Bath & Body Works, Ulta, and Buffalo Wild Wings.

At 101st and Memorial land is being prepared for a new Target set to open next October.
City planner, Erik Enyart, says the economy has not halted development in Bixby, in fact it's on track to exceed last years numbers.
At 121st and Memorial Santa Fe steak house will open December 15th, with the Bank of Oklahoma
next door to follow soon.

In Jenks, city officials say all major commerical development is moving forward.
Phase two of Riverwalk Crossing should begin in the next few weeks.
A major announcement will come in January as developers finalize tenants for retail space at the corner of 9th and Main.
Riverview on the northwest corner of 9th and Main in Jenks has several tenants ready to open in the next 30 to 60 days.
