Boots made for winter hiking - December 18, 2008 - Hey, you there, tossing your hiking boots into the basement until spring. What do you think you're doing?

Singing those post-election blues - November 13, 2008 - Now that the two-year ordeal known as the 2008 presidential campaign is over, I find myself with a form of post election blues. But, lately, a woman has shown up wearing clothing more suitable for a strip club or a pole-dancing class. Sure, she's fit and attractive, but she is showing way more flesh than you want to look at while sweating on the treadmill. Should you tell her?
