An Oral Roberts University grad, Krista is excited to be back in Tulsa. She joined Channel 2 as a General Assignment reporter. Before that, she worked in Charleston, South Carolina, covering events like the 2003 G8 Summit and the funeral of Corretta Scott King.
Krista was born in Seoul, South Korea. She and her brother were adopted when they were 6 and 5 years old. They grew up on a farm in southwest Minnesota. One of her most memorable moments was meeting Pygmy tribes in the rainforests of West Africa. She enjoys being a journalist because she meets new people everyday who have interesting stories to share.
Krista is married to Michael, a native Tulsan. When she's not covering stories in Green Country, she likes to explore the area's beautiful parks.
