Actually, not all these guys got cut from the game. A good number of them were simply reskinned and remodeled. But either way, YOU never saw 'em!

CRYOTECH The original version of the lab workers from Icelab in Episode 1. Replaced by a different version.	CYCLOPS The Cyclops was originally a monster intended for a secret level, appropriately called Isle of the Cyclops. Cut due to time.
MINOTAUR Was going to be Episode 2's final boss.	KING MINOS Originally intended to be a cutscene character in Ancient Greece, King Minos was going to force the trio to survive the Labyrinth and kill the Minotaur before he would be willing to charge up the Daikatana.
TOGAGIRL An unanimated model from the episode 3 part of the pakfile. Kinda looks like she shoulda been in episode 2.	TOGADUDE An unanimated model from the episode 3 part of the pakfile. Kinda looks like he shoulda been in episode 2.
WIZARD An unknown character cut from Episode 3. His animations suggested he would have flown around and kicked much ass.	DRUG USER Was going to be a drugged out dude in Episode 4.
ALIEN The alien was going to be in a secret level (a crashed UFO at the bottom of a deep trench outside the Seal Training Center).	GANG KNIFER The old model and skin that was replaced by a much hotter version.
NAVY SEAL DIVER Was originally going to be an enemy swimming around outside the Seal Training Center
