ION Storm has released patches for all of it's domestic and foreign versions of the games, in order to fix bugs and also add new features. YES YOU NEED THE PATCH. Go there now.

The Daikatana team put together a nice multiplayer map pack after the game was released. It features 11 new maps (including some classic conversions), 2 new songs, and over 700 new textures. Go there now.
