You start at a beach. Behind one of the rocks there are some goodies. Continue through the pass and now you will come to an open area with a little waterhole. Kill all the enemies and continue through the pass. Kill all enemies again and watch out for griffins their a really pain in the neck. Jump into the hole in the rock wall and jump again down to the water. In the water search for a hole wich you can swim through. Here you will come up to the place above the waterfall. Fight your way to the pass and now you will once again come to an open area. Youll find Griffins here to. When youve cleared the area continue through the pass (Many passes in this part!) and behind the big rock theres some and a save gem a little further away. (Ed. - After you've cleared the area, but before moving on through the pass, swim up the waterfall and shoot the rock spire for a megashield.) But in the middle theres a hole. Jump down and you will come to an hallway. Now you have completed part 1.

Go around the corner and remember that a skeleton will jump out of the wall. (Ed. - Depending on what difficulty level you're playing at, there might be a Silver Armor behind you in a dark hole--back the way you just came--after you kill that skeleton, so check.) Go up the stairs and grab the venomous (But I see that secret whas added to my last walktrough) and continue to the hallway that youll notice. Heres some more stairs and below there will come some skeletons and spiders etc. etc. but take left for some venom ammo. Now take right where you recently took left and you will come to one of those foutnains that gives you health. Jump down and continue through the cave. Here you can choose Left : Alot of enemies and some heatlh then a dead end Right : The right way. When youve choosen the way that leads to the right youll face some enemies. Continue up and in time you will come to a little place with a savegem and a skeleton. Continue and you will come to another fontain. You will face some Spiders and some of those knife throwers. (Ed. - After you clear out the enemies by the fountain, press this panel and then spin the wheel of fortune it reveals. This will raise the bars that were blocking you from getting the Goldensoul.) When you go out the hallway you will see a big room and furthest away some doors. Theres also a small hole but ignore it cause its no good. Go through the door and you will come to a bridge. Watch out for some rocks that will fall down and crush the bridge and theres also a monster party here. (Ed. - After killing the monsters, but before jumping across the bridge, turn around and look at the doorway you just came out of. Go up the right side and snag a shiny suit of Gold Armor.) When every enemy is dead jump over the remainings of the bridge and go through the hallway. Part 2 complete!!

This is a small part. Start by killing the enemies at the entry to the new room and take the health vase. Go around and youll see that some bars are blocking a entry. Go back around and look for a megasheild hidden behind a pillar. (Ed. - In order to open up the area where the megashield is, you actually have to hop into the pool.) Then look for a hole where you need to destroy all the wooden planks to get down. Down there kill all enemies and push the wheel. Then take the goldensoul but youll fall down and a cinematic will appear if you are playing singleplayer. Now you have found Mikiko. She is unarmed but youll soon get to a discus. Get back up and go to the bars that where closed. They are now open. Order Mikiko to get the discus at your right. Then clear the area of enemies. Look through the houses and then walk through the passage way. Catacombs complete!!
