EXPERTLY TRAINED, READY WHEN NEEDED

Just as in Active Duty, keeping your skills sharp is critical when you're a Soldier in the Army Reserve. You'll train hard during Unit Training Assemblies at your local Army Reserve Unit. And once a year you'll put your skills to the test in an intense, two-week Field Training Exercise (FTX).
