Mai tai rules in tiki-land
Take 2 ounces of Jamaican rum, a half-ounce each of orgeat (an almond syrup) and orange curacao, a quarter-ounce of rock candy syrup (sugar syrup) and the juice of one lime. Shake vigorously with ice (and half the lime shell still inside) and serve with a mint-sprig garnish.
