If you are outside Canada, contact the international visa office where you submitted your application.

If you are in Canada, you can notify CIC electronically by using CIC’s online service in many cases. (You can contact the CIC Call Centre toll-free at 1-888-242-2100 if you have problems.)

Note: If you applied for permanent resident status at a visa office outside Canada, please inform that office directly of your address change. If you applied in Canada, please choose “Change of address (in Canada only)” below to change it online.

If you do not inform the visa office of your change of address, important documents could be delayed or lost. This could cause your application to be refused.
