Policy
This privacy policy governs how the World Stock Exchange service owned and operated by Hope Capital Pty. Ltd. ("Hope Capital") will treat the personal information you provide us when you visit the World Stock Exchange located at http://www.wselive.com referred to collectively as the "Services").
The Services may include links to third party web sites, which have their own privacy policies. Please remember that when you visit these other web sites, even from links located on the Services, this privacy policy does not apply.
The Information Collected
When you register to use our Services, we will collect personally identifiable information from you that may include your legal name, company name, postal address, contact telephone number, e-mail address and other information such as your unique user ID number from third party services, virtual world avatar name, age, facts about your computers, occupation, interests, usage habbits and similar information. We do not, knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. Users under 18 years of age are required to seek the concent of a legal guardian. Children under the age of 13 are not permitted to use the Service.
We may request your participation in surveys and other customer research. Participation in any surveys conducted by Hope Capital are entirely voluntary and you may decline to participate.

Your information may be stored and processed in the United States or any other country where Hope Capital has facilities, and by using the Services, you consent to the transfer of information outside of your country.
Specific Features
Interactive Tools. Certain features of the Services give you an opportunity to interact with the Service and other members. These may include message boards, creating community profiles, creating virtual stock portfolios, and rating, tagging and commenting on articles. When you use these features you should be aware that any information you submit there, including your name, location and e-mail address, may be publicly available to others. We are not responsible for any information you choose to submit through these interactive features.

If your access to the Services, or any part of the Services, is provided by a third party, we may notify that third party when you access the Services.
