11-2-2009 WCH Pruszków 2009 tickets now on sale

We are glad to inform that the sale of the tickets for the World Track Cycling Championships Pruszków 2009 has started. The event takes place on 25-29 March 2009 at BGŻ Arena velodrome.

Polish Cycling Federation has signed an agreement to distribute the tickets with eBilet.pl, which distributes tickets for the most important events in Poland.

The tickets can be bought on-line. After completing the checkout, the ticket will be sent via email and it must be printed on an A4 size, white sheet of paper, so that all the printed codes are clearly visible. The ticket must be presented on the entrance to the venue for verification. It is possible to leave BGŻ Arena during the event. However, to return to the venue you need to register on leaving. All the information will be provided by eBilet.pl representatives, who will be registering all the spectators entering and leaving the venue.

All the prices and payment options information are available on the eBilet.pl website and you can get acquainted with them while booking your ticket. What is more, you can also buy the tickets for the World Championships Pruszków 2009 in EMPIK shops all over Poland.

Ulgowe - Reduced ticket (daily ticket for children under 12) - 10 pln
Normalne - Regular ticket (daily ticket for people over 12 years old) - 50 pln
Karnet 25-29 III 2009 - Season ticket 25-29.03.2009 (for all 5 days of event) - 175 pln

Please read the terms and conditions before buying the tickets:

1. The print-out of the ticket is valid for the event it was bought for.
2. One ticket is valid for one person only.
3. The ticket is verified on the entrance to the venue.
4. The buyer is authorised to save and print out the pdf file (Adobe Acrobat) with the tickets.
5. The print-out of the ticket shall not be photocopied, scanned nor reproduced in any other way. If such activity is detected, the ticket is no longer valid.
6. The buyer shall not make the ticket available to the third party. Such activity shall be treated as an attempt to copy the ticket.
7. Any damage to the ticket may make the ticket unverifiable and the holder will be denied the entrance to the venue.
8. A4 size, white paper shall be used for printing out the tickets, so that all the printed codes were clearly visible.
9. On leaving BGŻ Arena during the event, the ticket must be verified by a scanner, so that it could be verified again on return to the venue.

Please be informed, that all the tickets already bought for the World Track Cycling Championships Pruszków 2009 will be sent via email.
