In partnership with community-based nonprofit organizations, Ben & Jerry’s Franchising, Inc. is using its company-owned scoop shops to offer youth and young adults a unique opportunity to build job-skills and gain real-world work experience.

The Cones to Career Program has three components: 1) Pre-employment skills training, 2) an internship in a Ben & Jerry’s company operated scoop shop and 3) the opportunity to apply for competitive employment at a Ben & Jerry’s scoop shop.
