| David, in view of what Shlomo Ben-Ami and others who were present in Camp David 2000 have said, either nobody or all 3 (Arafat, Barak, Clinton) deserve some blame for the failure of the summit. I would rather put the blame on the (far too) short period of negotiations.... ....Clinton just wanted to get a big "achieve- ment" before leaving office and rushed both parties "to death".... |
