No murder conviction in immigrant's beating
A high school football player from Pennsylvania was acquitted of murder, and his teammate was acquitted of aggravated assault in the beating death of a Mexican immigrant. Both teens also were acquitted of ethnic intimidation. The jury found Brandon Piekarsky and Derrick Donchak guilty of simple assault. full story
