Crazy Water still produces some of the best plates in town
Peggy Magister and Tony Betzhold opened Crazy Water, 839 S. 2nd St., in 2002 and have been serving up great big flavors from a tiny little kitchen ever since.

Crazy Water replaces Zur Krone with fine casual dining
Sad as it was to see Zur Krone leave Walker's Point, the fact that it was replaced by a terrific restaurant/bar called Crazy Water, 839 S. 2nd St., will keep you from weeping in your weiss beer.

Brookfield diners fired up about Stir Crazy
A week before its grand opening, the proprietors of the Stir Crazy Asian Grill were thrilled about the restaurant's location adjacent to Brookfield Square. Two months later, it's easy to see why. With solid food and a lively atmosphere, the restaurant has been drawing steady crowds for lunch and dinner in a corridor that includes Claim Jumper, Mitchell's Fish Market, Bravo! Cucina Italiana, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse and Houlihan's.
