I know that I'm about to jinx the whole thing, but I'm starting to believe that spring is finally here.
Yeah, yeah … the official first day of spring came well over a month ago, but there's been plenty to keep me skeptical.
But as I sat down at my seat in the Miller Park press box this morning, I had to put my sunglasses back on because the roof is actually open.
The skeptic in me says that, for some ridiculous reason or another, the darn thing is going to be closed when Dave Bush throws his first pitch at about 1:07 p.m., but for now … it's a heck of a day for a ballgame.
If you can't be here today to watch the Brewers and Arizona, why not pull out the glove and toss the ball around the yard. Who knows, it'll probably snow tomorrow.
