  What is the budget?
Budget is a basic financial document containing all planned, and by the City Council approved, annual revenues and proceeds, as well as, expenditures of the city. The budget refers to a fiscal year and is valid for the year of its passing. A fiscal year is a period of twelve months, lasting from 1st January to 31st December every calendar year.
