These are the partial manpower authorizations needed for AFCYBER to declare Initial Operations Capabilities by Oct. 1. THe command will operate in a virtually among these distributed locations until the final basing decision has been made. It is not known whether authorizations will continue to stay in place, move to the final location or a combination of the two at that time.
