I
think that the cooking oil and sand will not dissolve because of the heavy,
thick texture.
|
|
I
will use cooking oil , salt, sand, tea mix, coffee grains, and honey.First,
I will fill a beaker with hot water from the tap.Put a teaspoon of one
of the chemicals into the hot water.Stir it slowly with a spoon, and observe. If
the substance is soluble, it will disappear and leave the water clear.
*Note I will do a separate experiment for each chemical used.I found
that the sand and cooking oil did not dissolve because of the texture.Although
all the others did.
