By downloading, copying or using any Image from the Gallery you accept all the terms and conditions of this agreement. You agree that this agreement, including any links referenced herein, is enforceable, much the same as any written negotiated agreement signed by you. In order to use the Images, VANOC may cancel the licence at any time upon giving notice to you; you should agree to immediately cease using the Images. If you do not agree, please click “cancel” to exit the Gallery. Nothing in these terms and conditions is in any way intended to control the content of news stories or editorials about the 2010 Winter Games. 1. Images appearing in the Gallery may be used by members of the media for press and news program use only. 2. Images may be used for editorial, non-commercial use only. Any unauthorized use of Images to promote any business, product, service or commercial interest of a third party, including but not limited to use of Images in near proximity to any trademarks, symbols, logos, designations or trade dress of such third party, is strictly prohibited. If any of the above restrictions are breached, the licence to use the Images may be immediately terminated by VANOC. 3. Images must be accompanied with the following credit: “© VANOC/COVAN”. 4. Images must be used in the form that appears in the Gallery. Under no circumstance may Images be altered, manipulated, distorted, cropped or otherwise edited. 5. VANOC may withhold the right to use the Images for any reason whatsoever. 6. VANOC may periodically update the terms and conditions at its discretion. Your continued use of the Images constitutes your acceptance of any update to the terms and conditions.
