2009 Campaign of the United Nations Organisation
Every year, UNODC commemorates 26 June - the International Day against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking -
with a campaign and a series of events aimed at raising awareness of the major problem that illicit drug use
represents to society and particularly to young people.
For 2009 the message of the campaign was "Do drugs control your life? Your life. Your community. No place for drugs".
